Welcome to the website of the Oregon East Running Club.

The club was founded in the early 1980's by the late Irv Zablocky, longtime running enthusiast, a former Hughesville High School track coach, teacher and good friend. The club is based in Hughesville, PA.

The club conducts week day runs, a weekly speed workout on the track, and longer Sunday runs with van support.

OE has been represented in the Pittsburgh Marathon, the Reach the Beach Relay and the Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile relay.
